Indexing Accuracy(JIS) |
 |
| |
The table rotation positioning must be equal to the times of teeth number of the worm gear, and measuring their errors in order. The error value is the difference between the theoretical rotating angle and actual measured value. As shown on the figure below, the indexing accuracy is the sum of the maximum difference between the positive and negative value, expressed in absolute value.

Clamping Torque |
 |
| |
The so called torque only includes the clamping mechanism, which does not include clamping force of a worm gear. The clamping torque shown on the catalog is measured at 50kg/cm² hydraulic pressure and 5kg/cm² air pressure.

Repeatability |
 |
| |
Rotate the table to position at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. Perform positioning tests 5 times for each angle. Measure the actual positioning angle. The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value at each angle is the desired measurement value.
Then rotate the table to opposite direction to test again according to above instructions. The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is the desired measurement value. The repeatability is the maximum difference of value obtained from both measurements.

Allowable Torque of Worm Gear |
 |
| |
The allowable torque of worm gear is the allowable torque when table rotation is I min-1. The allowable torque of worm gear is tested according to the standards of the Japan Gear Manufacturers Association.

SPINDLE BEARINGS
The spindle is supported by large bearings, preloaded in radial and axial directions, while resisting horizontal and vertical heavy cutting loads. In addition, this feature also keeps rotary tables smooth and accurate rotation at all times.
A test report for 320 series rotary table indicates the spindle supported by bearings preloaded in radial and axial directions provides 2-3 times higher rigidity than those supported by cross-roller bearings.

 |
 |
BRAKING MECHANISM
The braking mechanism is designed with full 360 ° circumference hydraulic clamping. The hydraulic clamping synchronized clamping for the entire table. The clamping area on the entire circumference of the table features maximum rigidity and is ideal for heavy cutting applications. Its clamping force is bigger than that of conventional disk braking systems. Another benefit is that this avoids table deformation and accuracy deterioration that usually occurs on disk braking systems. |
| |

|
The hydraulic clamping mechanism on our rotary table is close to the work table. This special design exhibits higher rigidity and better heavy cutting resistant capability. During cutting, the table deviation is reduced. However, conventional rotary tables with disk only provide less clamping area and longer distance from the cutting position, causing bigger deviation of table. |

BACKLASH ADJUSTMENT WITH DUAL LEAD WORM
FEATURES
The specially designed dual lead worm features full depth gear teeth and greatly reinforced teeth.
MATERIALS
WORM GEAR: Special high tensile aluminum bronze alloy (ALBC3).
WORM: Nickel chrome-molybdenum (SNCM21), normalized and carburized to hardness over HRC 60°. |

TORQUE TRANSFER EFFICIENCY
The matching parts of alloy steel and aluminum bronze reduce friction co-efficiency.
This provides greater transmission efficiency than that of other materials. |
